Experienced in ensuring the smooth flow of information and follow up for existing and prospective Customers. Interact with clients to understand their financial needs, explain available loan products, and guide them through the application process. Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients, providing personalized service, and addressing their concerns. Collect necessary financial information and documentation from clients to assess their eligibility for loan. Evaluate collateral provided by the client, if applicable to secure the loan. Review loan application, ensuring accuracy and completeness, and prepare loan proposals.
