Job Responsibilities:-

• Knowledge of all basic electrical and electronic components and circuits.

• BOM Validation, Electrical/Electronic Component level and PCB level testing

• Writing test plans and procedures for all phases of product development, including prototypes and production models.

• Conduct various electrical and electronic tests to evaluate and validate product performance and functionality.

• Analyze test data and generate comprehensive reports on test results.

• Investigate and troubleshoot issues identified during testing, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify root causes.

• Should be able to understand the electrical wiring diagrams and PCB board schematics.

• Knowledge /Experience in Power supply, Inverter and converter.

• Knowledge of EMI/EMC Testing will be advantage.

• Soldering Technique.

• Support and co-ordinate with design, production and Quality department.

Qualifications:-

• Bachelor's degree (B.E/B.Tech) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.

• Should have 2-3 years of experience in industrial electrical and electronics product and system testing.

• Proficiency in testing methodologies, tools, and equipment used for electronic hardware and software validation.

• Proficiency in using test equipment, such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, function generators, clam meters, Power analyzer etc.

• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations governing electronic product testing and certification.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
