Job Description

Our mission is simple – Building accessible and reliable robots for sustainable farming.

Experience - 3-5 Years Responsibilities:

  • Incident Management:
    Detecting, diagnosing, and resolving issues quickly to minimize user impact.

  • Issue Analysis

  • Perform first-level troubleshooting of user-reported issues by analyzing system functionality and reviewing historical data to identify root causes and determine resolution or escalation paths.

  • Proactive Monitoring:
    Implementing and maintaining monitoring solutions to identify potential problems before they escalate.

  • Performance Optimization:
    Analyzing system performance, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing improvements.

  • Automation:
    Automating repetitive tasks and processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors.

  • Post-Incident Reviews:
    Conducting thorough reviews of incidents to learn from mistakes and prevent future occurrences.

  • Collaboration:
    Working closely with development, operations, and other teams to ensure system reliability.

  • Documentation:
    Creating and maintaining clear and concise documentation for systems and processes.


Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Deep knowledge in handling Ticketing, CRM & Post Sales Support suites like Zoho/Salesforce/HubSpot or other equivalent suites

  • Demonstrated ability in deeply understanding system functionality, troubleshooting issues based on your understanding, and thinking from the user's shoes.

  • Standard proficiency in one or more programming languages, such as Python, Java, C++.

  • Experience in using and managing cloud telephony services such as ZoomPhone

  • Familiarity with monitoring tools and techniques.

  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

  • Experience in ERP, Inventory Management and Hardware

  • Standard knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets

Work Location – HQ, Indiranagar, Bangalore (Hybrid Work)

Experience - 3-5 yrs

Working hours - US business hours, 6 days a week (6pm to 3am IST)
