• Responsible for handling export, courier and sample shipment
• Documents verification, checklist approval
• Quotes to be acquired from various CHAs as and when required. A tracker needs to be maintained freight quotes of various lane
• Coordination with supplier and QC for shipment readiness and plan for shipment.
• Follow up with CHA, Transporter amp; forwarders
• Clearing Customs query if any raised during clearance.
• Duty requisition and payment follow up.
• Documents submission to accounts if required.

Criteria-

• 3-4 years of experience in exports
• Any Industry is applicable
