This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Executive-Telugu & Kannada, located in Noida. The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction through online support, and providing technical support. Day-to-day tasks will include answering customer calls and emails, resolving issues, and providing product information to customers in Telugu and Kannada.

• Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Online Support and Technical Support skills
• Excellent communication skills in Telugu and Kannada, as well as English and Hindi
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in the agricultural or rural auto industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
