Roles & Responsibilities
  • Align content with brand tone, marketing objectives, and audience preferences
  • Writing, editing, and publishing engaging posts copy, captions, and other content for various social media platforms: Instagram, LinkedIn, Meta, X, You tube, and Pinterest
  • Build platform-specific captions, hooks, and CTAs that drive engagement
  • Plan and execute content using a monthly social media calendar
  • Stay up-to-date with current social media trends and curating engaging content
  • Develop strategies to increase engagement on social media channels.
  • Managing multiple social media accounts with accuracy and speed.
  • Track key metrics like reach, engagement rate, link clicks, saves, and shares to measure the success and reach of the content.
  • Work with designers and digital teams to deliver cohesive, high-performing campaigns
  • Edit and proofread your own work to ensure high standards in grammar, clarity, and brand voice
  • Stay updated on industry-specific content trends, user preferences, and Agri-tech developments
  • Work closely with marketing teams, designers, and other stakeholders to develop and implement social media strategies.
Required Qualification & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, preferably in English, Communications, Advertising or Marketing.
  • 1.5 yrs to 4 yrs of experience in copywriting, digital content writing, or social media content creation
  • Adept with various social media channels.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills- English
  • Understanding of platform-specific formats (reels, carousels, stories, ads, pins, tweets, posts)
  • Time management and ability to meet deadlines across multiple campaigns
  • Understanding of brand voice and audience targeting for rural and semi-urban users
