Job Title: Social Media Specialist (with Anchoring Skills)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic Social Media Specialist with strong anchoring and content creation skills to lead Tractor Junction’s digital presence. The ideal candidate will create engaging social content, host video content, and drive community engagement in the farming and rural mobility space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create engaging content for social media platforms like YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
• Act as the face of Tractor Junction in video content—anchoring live sessions, product explainers, and interviews with farmers and industry experts.
• Develop video content around tractors, farming equipment, and rural innovations.
• Handle on-camera hosting for product launches, farming tutorials, and Agri-news updates.
• Manage community interactions through comments, DMs, and discussions.
• Track social media performance and optimize content based on analytics.
• Coordinate with internal teams for content planning and execution.

Key Skills:

• Strong social media management and content creation skills.
• Excellent anchoring/presentation skills with confidence in front of the camera.
• Good storytelling and script-writing ability for video content.
• Knowledge of farming, agri-machinery, or rural economy preferred.
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, Photoshop, and basic video editing apps.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Journalism, or related field.
• Prior experience in anchoring, vlogging, or hosting agriculture/auto-related content is a plus.
