Key Responsibility Areas:

  • General accounting /Book keeping for day to day accounting.
  • TDS/GST knowledge to book bills/expense properly.
  • Reimbursement process knowledge to approve employee reimbursement as per company policy.
  • Good knowledge in transportation bills checking & booking.
  • Team queries handling for day to day solutions.
  • Ensured compliances with various applicable AS and liaison with external auditors to have closures.
  • Good skill of team handling.
  • Good knowledge of purchase bill approval & issues.
  • Work on different reports as per requirements by managers.
  • Managing audit team, preparing final deliverables and getting review done from senior(s).
  • Good in presentation/communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of excel, Email, Zoho book.
  • Having knowledge of Zoho book for accounting.
  • Participating in monthly/quarterly/yearly closing activities and preparation of financial statements within timeline.

Requirements· Having experience more than 4 years in team leadership.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with staff, internal partners and external vendors.
  • Ability to work with broad range of people
  • Ability to work independently and with professional discretion.
  • Proficiency in Windows, including MS Word, EXCEL and PowerPoint.

NOTE :This is a completely onsite role in Sector-66, Gurugram, Haryana & 6-days a week (Mon-Sat).
