KEY ROLE AREAS

• Lead overall operations involving order journey from dispatch to delivery as per committed customer SLAs.
• Lead operational flows & processes around dispatches, part truck load movement, full truck load movement and warehousing with a team size of 30+ folks.
• Own key operational KPIs around Logistics Cost, Delivery TAT, RTO, Inventory Management etc. and work on consistent improvements across these metrics.
• Extensive coordination with internal as well as external stakeholders to remove operational bottlenecks and fast pace strategic initiatives.
• Be the face from Agrim for external logistics partners and work towards building strong business partnerships.
• Engage with team to map out key process improvements required to improve KPIs; build SOPs, execute and monitor closely till process is stabilized.
• To work on top strategic initiatives with high impact on company’s profitability, customer experience and operational efficiency.
• Identify key data metrics to track operations efficiency and work closely with data team on execution.
• Identify product initiatives needed to drive operations efficiency; jot down detailed BRDs and work closely with product team to get the products executed.
