ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Working closely with the leadership with a healthy blend of strategy and execution requiring strong bias for action
- Leading & driving multiple projects with cross-team stakeholder management and acute task management process
- Leading the growth engine by picking up the right set of signals from the demand/market intelligence/ supply inputs
- Must be able to create strong signals for supply handshakes to create a pricing strategy
- Monitoring the demand and supply outputs and build a strong input for category owners to solve
- Create SOPs, own KPIs, and performance improvement initiatives in the organization
- Develop performance metrics/think tank to drive growth engine and build inputs for category charter
- Prior experience of minimum 2 years in management consulting / high growth startups / early-age startups
- Analytical and highly data-oriented
- Hands-on with analytics tools
- Understanding of SQL will be an added advantage
- Experience in operations/sales management/growth team will be preferred
- Problem-solving mindset with an ability to own the problem and get things done
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage stakeholders across different teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Should have "drive to deliver"
- Ability to partner with stakeholders across multiple functions and geographies
