Financial Analysis and Reporting :
- Analyse financial results, performance metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and stakeholders, highlighting variances and trends against budgets and forecasts.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on financial analysis to support strategic decision-making specifically in building best market practices in internal processes.
- Conduct comprehensive ratio analysis to assess the financial performance, liquidity, profitability, and solvency of the organization.
- Interpret trends and variances in financial ratios over time and across industry benchmarks to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.
- Monitor financial risks associated with operations and implement risk mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, financial policies, and accounting standards.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including operations, sales, procurement, and logistics to align financial plans with operational goals and objectives.
- Provide financial guidance and support for special projects, new product launches, and business development initiatives.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and trends.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
