Job Description

Financial Analysis and Reporting :

  • Analyse financial results, performance metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and stakeholders, highlighting variances and trends against budgets and forecasts.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on financial analysis to support strategic decision-making specifically in building best market practices in internal processes.
  • Conduct comprehensive ratio analysis to assess the financial performance, liquidity, profitability, and solvency of the organization.
  • Interpret trends and variances in financial ratios over time and across industry benchmarks to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.

Risk Management and Compliance:

  • Monitor financial risks associated with operations and implement risk mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, financial policies, and accounting standards.

Cross-functional Collaboration :

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including operations, sales, procurement, and logistics to align financial plans with operational goals and objectives.
  • Provide financial guidance and support for special projects, new product launches, and business development initiatives.

Requirements1. CA / MBA (Finance) with the minimum 3 years of recent experience in Industry.

  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and trends.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.

NOTE : This role is strictly 6-days (Mon-Sat) work from office in Sector-66, Gurugram, Haryana.
