Our Journey

Agrim in a fast-growing agri-tech startup building an on-demand B2B Agri-inputs marketplace. Agri-inputs is a $50bn industry spread across Seeds, Agro Chemicals, Fertilizers, Agro-Tools and Animal Feed. AGRIM has scaled up rapidly across India, with 10% of the overall customer universe already on-boarded on the platform.

Role

• Solve Challenging and Muddy problems leveraging the Fundamentals of Analytics and Business Intelligence. You need to have hunger to bring change in the organization leveraging the power of Data
• Experience building and designing complex dashboards
• Develop Reports for Business to influence Key Business KPIs
  
  

Requirements

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to justify requirements
• 2-4 years of experience working as a Business Analyst or a similar role involving data extraction, analysis, and Problem Solving
• Proficiency in Building Dashboards enabling Business Impact
• You never hesitate to roll up your sleeves and tackle something hands-on, you persevere when others fall away
• A keen learner and willing to adapt to new environments
