KEY ROLE AREAS

• Analyzing the system capability and delivering solutions on cross-functional issues.
• Working on ticketing system and closing 100% tickets with aligned solutions.
• Creating product performance dashboards and analysing them to identify cases falling under process and product failure.
• Develop system understanding and assist with exceptional case in the order life cycle.
• Designing detailed PRDs and coordinating with developers to share product development requirements.
• Identifying and highlighting cross-functional SOP related issues as per the developed system.
• Technical understanding: Intermediate SQL, Advanced Excel
