From interacting with investors/guest for food preference to deal with blue collar people to get things done.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in saving leadership time by managing administrative tasks, coordinating official and personal errands, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Administrative & Executive Support:
• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and handle correspondence for the founders.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Operational Support:
• Act as a bridge between leadership and internal teams, ensuring clear communication.
• Follow up on key action items and drive their completion.
• Assist in vendor coordination, procurement, and office management tasks.
Errands & Time Optimization:
• Handle official and personal errands efficiently to save leadership time.
• Coordinate with external vendors, service providers, and personal assistants.
• Support in organizing events, offsites, and leadership meetings.
Key Qualifications:
• 3-6 years of experience as an EA, Admin Manager, or in a similar role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and scheduling tools.
• High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential matters.
