KEY ROLE AREAS
- Analyzing the system capability and delivering solutions on cross-functional issues.
- Working on ticketing system and closing 100% tickets with aligned solutions.
- Creating product performance dashboards and analysing them to identify cases falling under process and product failure.
- Develop system understanding and assist with exceptional case in the order life cycle.
- Designing detailed PRDs and coordinating with developers to share product development requirements.
- Identifying and highlighting cross-functional SOP related issues as per the developed system.
- Technical understanding: Intermediate SQL, Advanced Excel
