KEY ROLE AREAS
  1. Analyzing the system capability and delivering solutions on cross-functional issues.
  2. Working on ticketing system and closing 100% tickets with aligned solutions.
  3. Creating product performance dashboards and analysing them to identify cases falling under process and product failure.
  4. Develop system understanding and assist with exceptional case in the order life cycle.
  5. Designing detailed PRDs and coordinating with developers to share product development requirements.
  6. Identifying and highlighting cross-functional SOP related issues as per the developed system.
  7. Technical understanding: Intermediate SQL, Advanced Excel
