Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Strategy – Assortment to join our growing B2B eCommerce company.This individual will play a key role in managing decisions to optimize the product assortment, ensuring the right mix to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
• Analyze traffic, conversion, sales and app interaction data, market trends, and customer preferences to recommend assortment strategies and priorities
• Collaborate with category managers to identify gaps and opportunities in the current product mix.
• Build predictive models to forecast demand and recommend inventory strategy.
• Monitor performance metrics for assortment strategies and recommend continuous improvements.
• Present actionable insights and strategies to Founders
Requirements
• Proficiency in SQL, Python/R, and BI tools (Tableau/Power BI).
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce/category management.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and presentation abilities.
NOTE : This role is strictly work from office itself, 6-days a week (Mon-Sat) in Sector-66, Gurugram, Haryana.
