Job Overview
The Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Executive is responsible for managing the recruitment process, from sourcing and attracting candidates to managing interviews and offers. This role will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure the company hires top talent to meet organizational goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment best practices, an ability to engage with candidates effectively, and a passion for finding the right fit for each role.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and presenting offers.
- Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, recruitment agencies, and employee referrals, to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team dynamics, and the desired candidate profile.
- Write compelling and accurate job descriptions, ensuring they are published on the right platforms to attract high-quality candidates.
- Manage pre-employment checks. Coordinate background checks, reference checks, and ensure all hiring documentation is completed accurately.
- Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source of hire etc.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human resources, Business Administration or related field; Masters’ degree preferred.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong understanding of recruitment techniques, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage candidates effectively.
NOTE : THIS ROLE IS STRICTLY 6-DAYS (MON-SAT) WORK FROM OFFICE IN SECTOR-66, GURUGRAM, HARYANA.
