Role: Senior Manager - Finance & Accounting (Reporting to Director - Finance)

Key Responsibilities

  • Accounting and Bookkeeping: Oversee accurate and timely financial transaction recording; implement effective bookkeeping systems.
  • Adherence to Financial Standards: Ensure strict compliance with financial regulations and standards; stay updated on changes.
  • Internal and External Audit Control: Lead internal audits, establish controls for risk mitigation, and support external audit processes.
  • Supporting Financial Due Diligences: Provide crucial financial data for due diligence processes; collaborate for seamless integration.
  • Financial Reporting and Analysis: Prepare detailed financial reports; offer insights for strategic decision-making; support financial strategy.
  • Automation and Process Creation: Focus on automating system to streamline financial processes; create efficient and standardized procedures.

Requirements

  • Qualification / Certification: CA (Preferred)
  • Background: A Finance professional having relevant accounting experience from Manufacturing / E-Commerce / Logistics / FMCG / FMCD is preferred.
NOTE : This role is work from office itself for 6-days (Mon-Sat) every week.
