Job Overview

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) plays a critical role in aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. The HRBP acts as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues, as well as a strategic partner in driving business performance through talent management, development, and employee engagement. The role requires knowledge of operational HR tasks and shall work closely with senior leadership to support ground sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with business leaders to understand their strategic goals and challenges.
  • Liaison with vendor and business to ensure smooth hiring and onboarding.
  • Develop and implement talent strategies aligned with business objectives, including talent mapping, retention and succession planning.
  • Oversee performance management process, including goal setting, reviews and calibration.
  • Manage incentive calculation and payout.Monitor and manage travel allowance for ground sales team.
  • Handle employee relation issues, managing grievances and overseeing employee relations.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations ensuring a quality check on third party compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human resources, Business Administration or related field; Masters’ degree preferred
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience, including at least one year of experience as Sales HRBP
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
NOTE : THIS ROLE IS COMPLETELY WORK FROM OFFICE, 6 DAYS A WEEK (MON-SAT) IN SECTOR-66, GURUGRAM, HARYANA.
