AGRIM is a fast-growing Agri-tech startup building an on-demand B2B Agri-input marketplace. Agri-inputs is a $50bn industry spread across Seeds, Agro Chemicals, Fertilizers, Agro-Tools and Animal Feed. KEY ROLE AREAS

1. Lead overall warehouse operations PAN India owning key KPIs around Timely Dispatches, Inventory Management, Quality of Dispatch and Warehouse cost

2. Lead overall performance management for warehouse team; setting up monthly targets and ensuring timely reviews to enable high people efficiency

3. Develop and Manage warehouse knowledge banks and SOP repositories; Work closely with Learning and Development team for people training and capability building

4. Own overall warehouse operations cost and have strong monitoring around multiple cost metrics associated with warehouse rent, packaging cost, people cost, stationery etc.

5. Lead relationship management with all vendor partners and identify opportunities to onboard new strategic vendors related to warehouse operations

6. Lead new warehouse onboarding process; identification of location, and then ensuring timely go live

7. Extensive coordination with internal as well as external stakeholders to fast-paced key initiatives

8. Benchmark current warehouse cost against the market standards; timely negotiation of rate cards with warehouse partners accordingly

9. Own Post-Delivery issues on all the Warehouse Dispatched orders and do consistent process improvements to ensure reduction in customer escalations.


Requirements

NOTE: This role is completely onsite & 6-days (Mon-Sat) working in Sector-66, Gurugram, Haryana.
