Job Description
AGRIM is a fast-growing agri-tech startup building an on-demand B2B Agri-inputs marketplace. Agri-inputs is a $50bn industry spread across Seeds, Agro Chemicals, Fertilizers, Agro-Tools and Animal Feed. Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support via chat and ticketing systems.
- Ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer queries and issues.
- Maintain and update customer interaction records.
- Achieve individual performance targets.
Requirements
- Ticketing Experience.
- Chat Support Experience of minimum 1 year.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Understanding of Customer centric process.
- Good Communication in English & Hindi both.
NOTE : This role is completely work from office & 6-days (Mon-Sat) in Sector-66, Gurugram, Haryana.
