Job Description

Role Overview:

The Assistant Manager – Demand & Supply will be responsible for managing the inputs and execution of both the Demand and Supply teams, ensuring their efforts are structured, disciplined, and aligned with business goals. This role will focus on optimizing team productivity, balancing workload distribution, and improving execution quality through close coordination with Matchmakers, the Business Head, and the Learning & Development (L&D) team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Execution & Performance Management

· Monitor daily input metrics and identify performance gaps and drive corrective actions to improve efficiency.

· Establish and enforce clear SOPs to ensure structured operations.

· Work closely with Matchmakers and the Business Head to direct team efforts effectively.

2. Training & Quality Improvement

· Collaborate with the L&D team to upskill team members and improve execution quality.

· Implement feedback loops to continuously enhance team performance.

3. Maximizing Output & Market Coverage

· Ensure that the Demand team generates sufficient demand and drives meaningful engagement with wholesalers.

· Ensure that the Supply team actively collects competitive vendor pricing to optimize deals.

4. Reporting & Insights

· Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports for leadership.

· Ensure the right market intelligence is shared with relevant stakeholders for informed decision-making.

5. Agility in shifting the input direction
