Job Description

AGRIM is a fast-growing agri-tech startup building an on-demand B2B Agri-inputs marketplace. Agri-inputs is a $50bn industry spread across Seeds, Agro Chemicals, Fertilizers, Agro-Tools and Animal Feed. Key Responsibility Areas:
• Develop onboarding programs for new employees with Effective ADDIE model.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
• Create training programs to address skill gaps in employees.
• Make sure the trainings conducted are aligned with the company goal
• Introduce innovative training methods and tools to enhance the learning experience.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders, including department heads and HR,
• Maintain detailed records of training activities and outcomes, preparing comprehensive reports for leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements

1 Prior experience as a trainer or a similar position.
2 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
3 Ability to identify gaps in skills.
4 Excellent organizational skills.
5 Multilingual skills considered an added advantage
6 Knowledge of various teaching methods and approaches
