The Accountant will be responsible for managing the financial records of the company, including issuing and managing invoices, creating financial reports, preparing documentation for annual audits.

Responsibilities:

  • Skillfully execute bank reconciliation tasks.
  • Accurately book sales invoices.
  • Conduct thorough inventory reconciliations.
  • Leverage Tally expertise for precise data entry.
  • Reconcile customer and vendor ledgers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 1-4 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and other accounting software.
  • Experience with financial reporting and analysis, including creating balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Ability to accurately reconcile and analyze accounts, and identify and resolve discrepancies.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, and ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
