The role is for a passionate, self-motivated, and detail-oriented team player who is committed to the success of our customers. You will focus on growing and developing existing clients, as well as generating new business by identifying, implementing and executing new strategies.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

  • Managing, training, and providing overall guidance to the sales team of an assigned territory.
  • Implementing a sales management process to assist the sales team in identifying and prioritizing key customers and prospects.
  • Handling sales of packed branded F&V to general trade accounts.
  • Engage in order generation, from the general trade stores through the sales team.
  • Ensuring 100% fill rates to GT accounts by managing right forecasting.
  • Controlling fresh returns from every store.
  • Tracking payments at time of delivery.
  • Handling Trade Activation for GT Accounts for Merchandising Activities like new launches, Visibility and Promotions conducted at the account level.
  • Location : NCR

Skills Required:

  • 4-7 years of sales experience
  • MBA Preferred
  • Sales Experienced in F&V Industry is mandatory.
  • General Trade Experience mandatory.
  • 2-4 year of experience in handling a team
  • Good communication skills
  • Two or Four-wheeler is mandatory
