The Operation Support Analyst plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of various operational processes within the organization. They are responsible for providing administrative support to operational teams, analyzing data to identify inefficiencies, and implementing solutions to improve operational workflows. This role requires a keen attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. Utilize analytical tools and techniques to generate actionable insights.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline operational processes, eliminate bottlenecks, and enhance overall efficiency
• Maintain accurate documentation of operational procedures, policies, and guidelines. Ensure that documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible to relevant stakeholders.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to address operational challenges and achieve business objectives. Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field
• Should be efficient in google sheets, reports and MIS
• Must have relevant experience of 2-4 years
• Proven experience in operations support or supply chain.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Should be from Gurugram.
