Last Mile Manager
The Last Mile Manager plays a critical role in overseeing the final stage of the delivery process, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of goods to customers' doorsteps. This position involves managing and optimizing last-mile logistics operations, coordinating with delivery teams, monitoring performance metrics, and implementing strategies to enhance delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction.
The Logistics/LM Manager will be responsible for building and managing a highly cost-efficient Last-Mile Delivery Model as per business needs through the Last-Mile delivery partners to provide the best experience to the customers.
Logistics planning and execution; Last-Mile Delivery Management
Vendor, Driver & Rider management along with Route Planning & Optimization
Resolving customer issues within timelines
Multi Slot B2C delivery planning and execution with minimum resources and lowest costs.
Headcount and Infrastructure planning.
Inventory Reconciliation and Quality Control
SOP Management (creation + adherence)
KPI Management (Costs, SLA, TAT, accuracy), MIS Management & Team Management
Graduate with min. 5 yrs. of exp. in logistics, transportation, Distribution Centre, and warehouse; preferably in the e-commerce industry.
B.Tech./MBA with Last Mile Delivery Experience in Quick-Commerce will be preferred.
Proven leadership and collaboration skills with experience effectively supervising, coaching, and influencing employees.
Excellent communication, people management, and time management skills
Problem Solving and Handling stressful and complicated situations.
