Job Brief:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative AD/Videographer to join our team. As a Videographer, you will be responsible for capturing high-quality video footage and seamlessly editing it to produce compelling and engaging content.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan & execute video shoots, ensuring optimal lighting, framing, and composition.
• Capture high-quality, visually appealing footage in various environments.
• Utilize video editing software to cut, trim, and arrange footage, adding transitions and visual effects as needed.
• Incorporate audio elements, such as music, voiceovers, and sound effects to enhance the overall video quality.
• Collaborate with content creators and stakeholders to develop and follow a creative brief or storyboard for each project.
• Manage post-production tasks, including color correction, audio adjustments, and final rendering.
• Deliver finished videos in various formats suitable for different platforms and devices.
• Troubleshoot technical issues during shoots and address them promptly.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in videography and video editing.
• Continuously improve skills and explore innovative techniques to enhance video content.
• Collaborate with other team members, including graphic designers, content creators, and marketing professionals, to ensure cohesive and impactful storytelling.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience as a videographer and video editor (2+ years)
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
• Strong understanding of cinematography and storytelling principles.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
