Bijak is looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing performance marketing campaigns across various channels for diverse objectives of business.

• Develop & manage acquisition campaigns across various channels including social, SEO, SEM, & display to drive revenue & increase ROI.
• Optimize campaigns to achieve business objectives, such as lead generation, user acquisition, and revenue growth.
• Analyze campaign data and provide insights to improve performance and ROI.
• Collaborate with the content and design teams to create ad copies, visuals, and landing pages.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing

Candidate Attributes

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance marketing.
• Solid knowledge of digital advertising platforms, such as Google Ads, Meta/Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools, such as Google Analytics, Excel, and Tableau.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Should be comfortable with IC role.
