Job Brief:

This role involves sourcing candidates through various channels, conducting initial screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Will be supporting the TA Manager in implementing recruitment strategies, and maintaining accurate records in the applicant tracking system.

Strong communication and a keen understanding of the company's culture and values are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize various sourcing channels to identify and attract potential candidates
  • Conduct initial resume screenings and assessments to ensure candidates meet the basic qualifications for open positions
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback
  • Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience from initial contact
  • Negotiating salaries, closing the offer process, and coordinating with the onboarding team until the joining
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the career portal & applicant tracking system (ATS)

Candidate Profile:

  • Master’s/Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 6 - 10 years of experience in talent acquisition is a must
  • Should possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
