Job Description:

The Quality Executive will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of quality assurance and control within the organization. The Quality Executive will look after of quality assurance and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and ensure the delivery of high-quality products/services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect incoming fruits and vegetables to ensure freshness, quality, and specification.
• Conduct visual inspections, as well as sensory evaluations to assess the overall quality of the product.
• Monitor storage conditions to prevent spoilage and maintain product freshness.
• Implement and maintain quality control procedures and documentation, including inspection reports and quality records.
• Work closely with warehouse staff to organize and prioritize incoming and outgoing shipments based on FIFO and LIFO or as per the requirement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, and sales, to optimize inventory, and find the Root cause issues.

Candidate Profile:

Must Have

• B.Sc. Horticulture
• 2-5 years exp. in F&V Quality Check

Good To Have

• Experience of mandi working would be preferred
