As an Operations Executive, you will play a critical role in overseeing and optimizing various operational processes within the organization. Your primary responsibilities will include managing day-to-day operations, streamlining procedures, enhancing efficiency, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. This role requires strong leadership skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to collaborate effectively across different departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing daily, Warehouse/Distribution Centre/Dark Store Shift operations including Inbound, Inventory, Outbound, Collections, Shift Plan, Data entry, Admin, and housekeeping activities.
• Ensure that the warehouse operates at peak efficiency — with customer satisfaction as the primary goal — by supervising, organizing, and training Vendor employees.
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations.
• On-time, ERP entries, TAT & SLA adherence, Register entries.
• Inventory handling, Quality Adherence, Punctuality, Discipline, Hygiene maintenance, Adherence to floor plan & SOP.
• Manage inventory and oversee that FIFO is followed for all the SKUs.
• Ability to manage shifts throughout the day.
• Knowledge of Different types of Fruits and vegetables and their handling.

Candidate Profile

Must Have

• Diploma or Graduate with 2-5 yrs. of experience in F&V Retail or Warehouse.
• Strong execution skills, action-oriented, go-getter.
• Resourceful to identify the way to get things done using limited resources.
• Ability to work under pressure situations.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets and ERP entries.
• Ability to execute operations with optimized productivity and efficiency even on peak days/hours.
