Key Responsibilities

• Shift Management: Oversee and manage warehouse operations during assigned shifts, ensuring timely and accurate processing of goods.
• Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements to streamline warehouse processes, even in a manual setup.
• Inventory Management: Ensure accurate inventory levels, manage stocktaking, and oversee the movement of goods.
• Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate a team of warehouse staff, ensuring they follow safety protocols and operational guidelines.
• Problem-Solving: Quickly resolve operational issues, including delays, inventory discrepancies, and equipment failures, using available resources.
• Quality Control: Maintain high standards for product handling, storage, and packaging to ensure product quality is upheld.
• Reporting: Monitor key performance metrics, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to senior management.

Candidate Profile

Must Haves

• 0-2 Years of experience
• Candidates preferred from IITs & NITs
• Experience in managing fests, events, competitions etc.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges
• Ability to work in physically demanding conditions and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
