Responsibilities:

  1. Development and Implementation: Responsible for developing and implementing the IMS, which involves establishing the overall framework, policies, and procedures for integrating multiple management systems (e.g., quality, environmental, health and safety) into a cohesive system. This includes identifying common elements, defining objectives and targets, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  2. Coordination and Communication: Serves as the central point of coordination for the IMS, facilitating communication and collaboration between different departments and stakeholders. ensure that relevant information is shared, responsibilities are assigned, and processes are integrated across the organization.
  3. Policy Development: Involved in developing IMS policies that align with applicable standards, regulations, and organizational requirements. These policies outline the organization's commitments, objectives, and approach to managing quality, environmental, and health and safety aspects.
  4. Compliance and Auditing: Responsible for ensuring that the IMS meets all relevant legal, regulatory, and certification requirements.oversee compliance assessments, internal audits, and external audits to identify areas of non-compliance and drive corrective actions
  5. Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitors the performance of the IMS, collects and analyzes data related to quality, environmental impact, health and safety incidents, and other relevant metrics. prepare reports on IMS performance, identify trends, and present findings to management for review and decision-making
  6. Continuous Improvement: Promotes a culture of continuous improvement within the organization, identifying opportunities for enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of the IMS. lead improvement initiatives, facilitate problem-solving processes, and implement corrective and preventive actions to address non-conformities or areas for improvement.
  7. Training and Awareness: Ensures that employees are trained and aware of their roles and responsibilities within the IMS. They provide education and training programs to promote understanding of the IMS requirements, encourage employee participation, and foster a culture of ownership and responsibility for managing quality, environmental, and health and safety aspects.
  8. Management Review: Organizes and leads management review meetings to evaluate the performance of the IMS, assess its continuing suitability and effectiveness, and determine strategic directions for improvement. provide recommendations and support decision-making related to IMS objectives, targets, and resource allocation.
