4. Appointment of the dealer and dealer management
5. Prepare a strategy to achieve Sales Target
6. Customer management before and after Sales
7. Appointment of Influencers
1. Selling Techniques / Convincing ability
2. Achieved sales nos in past / Target oriented approach
3. Cold room Industry knowledge
4. B2C and B2B selling knowledge
5. Influencer/channel partner management experience
6. Subsidy / Tender business experience.
7.Working Experience in North East Region
