Job Description
- Conduct in-depth primary and secondary research on various markets, including region-specific analysis, competitor analysis, and regional market trends.
- Gather data on customer preferences, purchasing behavior, and market demands to support product development and marketing strategies.
- Utilize various research methods, surveys, and data analysis tools to generate meaningful insights.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations summarizing research findings for internal and external stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry news, emerging technologies, and trends in sustainable agriculture.
- Contribute to the improvement of existing research methodologies and help implement best practices.
- Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions, sharing valuable ideas and perspectives.
Location
- Base location - Pune, Maharashtra
- Assigned territory - Pan Maharashtra. However, the employee can be assigned to cover other territories based on specific tasks.
Qualification
- Bachelor's in Engineering/ Agriculture and/or Master's degree in Management.
- 2 to 5 years of exposure to market research, sales, business development.
- Exposure to water pumps, solar or agriculture industry will be added advantage.
- Strong passion for sustainable technologies and a genuine interest in contributing to a greener future.
- Excellent research and analytical skills, with the ability to collect and interpret data effectively.
- Willing to travel for field visits for 8-15 days per month based on assignment requirement.
- Proficiency in MS suite, especially Excel & PowerPoint.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in Marathi, Hindi & English Languages.
- Detail-oriented and capable of maintaining accurate records and data documentation.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Self-motivated and capable of taking initiative to complete assigned tasks.
