Responsibilities:

• Implementation of PHM Practices
• Research on the latest trends of PHM Practices
• Create collaterals and documentation of relevant commodities from the PHM point of view
• Training End users on PHM and the right commodity practices
• Continuous follow-up with Customers on PHM practices
• Customer Satisfaction Index
• Develop a feedback process to improve customer satisfaction
• Take regular feedback from customers
• Taking a consultative approach to resolving customer issues on the ground
• Working as a bridge between Customer and Internal stakeholders
• Analyzing customer feedback on a regular basis
• Suggesting process improvement based on customer received customer feedback
• Improvement in Ecofrost utilization
• RCA of Ecofrost Utilization based on primary data
• Analyzing trends based on initial RCA
• Creating Tracker templates to track Ecozen AI (Ecofrost App) and Ecofrost Unit utilization
• Achieving 80% Ecozen AI Utilization
• Achieving 80% Ecofrost Unit Utilization
• Improvement in NPS score.
