Essential Responsibilities:

• Develop and compose user manuals, installation guides, troubleshooting guides, FAQs, and other technical documentation for R&D projects.
• Collaborate closely with engineers, scientists, and other technical experts to translate complex technical concepts into readily understandable language.
• Ensure the accuracy and technical correctness of all documentation produced.
• Create infographics, diagrams, flowcharts, and other visual aids to enhance content comprehension and user engagement.
• Maintain consistency with the company's style guide and branding guidelines.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in technical writing and graphic design.
• Work independently and collaboratively, meeting deadlines effectively.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in English, Technical Writing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Technical Writer or in a similar role.
• Strong writing and communication skills, adaptable to diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or similar graphic design software is a must.
• Keen eye for detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the manufacturing or R&D sector.
• Experience with content management systems (CMS).
• Portfolio showcasing writing and/or graphic design work.
• Experience in drafting multilingual content
