Job Title: Asst. Manager – Engineering

Criteria:

Experience Level: 3-4 years ||

Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering.

About Us:

Ecozen is a company focused on advancing technology in motors, motor controls & thermal energy storage primarily in the fields of agriculture, cooling, and electric vehicles. Position we are currently seeking will play a crucial role in various aspects of our product development and deployment lifecycle, focusing on testing, pre-production prototyping, shipment coordination, client technical onboarding, and product requirement gathering.

Responsibilities:

  1. Testing:

· Conduct thorough testing of software products and hardware to ensure quality and reliability.

· Develop and execute test plans and real-life test cases.

· Identify and report bugs, issues, and improvements.

  1. Client Technical Onboarding:

· Work closely with clients to understand their technical requirements.

· Provide support and guidance during the onboarding process.

· Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure smooth integration of our products.

  1. Product Requirement Gathering:

· Document and communicate client needs and expectations.

· Assist in tuning products based on client-specific requirements.

  1. Collaboration and Communication:

· Collaborate effectively with development, quality assurance, and customer support teams.

· Communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  1. Vendor / Client Coordination

· Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely deliveries of various samples, trials etc. needed for product development from various vendors and also to clients.

· Track and update shipment status, providing regular updates to relevant stakeholders to manage timelines.

· Develop and work closely with vendors for prototyping and testing.

Qualification:

· Bachelor’s degree in Electronics/ Mechanical Engineering, or related field.

· 3-4 years of experience in software / hardware testing and technical coordination.

· Strong understanding of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

· Familiarity with product development lifecycle and client onboarding processes.
