Job Responsibilities :-

• Develop test plans for electrical system or component level like MCBs, Relays, Transformer and VFD drives testing and execute them in a lab environment to verify compliance with design requirements.
• Conduct various tests on electrical components and systems using specialized equipment and tools. Like functional testing, performance testing, environmental testing, and reliability testing.
• Develop testing documentation such as test plan, test schedule and bill of materials, test procedure, and test report.
• Collect test data and analyze test results to identify any issue and make recommendations and conclusions.
• Investigate and troubleshoot issues encountered during testing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical problems and ensure timely resolution.
• Design document review and verify like BOM and electrical schematics and make conclusions for releasing this document to production.
• Collaborate closely with design engineers, quality teams, and other department to integrate testing activities seamlessly into the product development lifecycle. Communicate effectively to convey test results, escalate issues, and coordinate corrective actions.

Qualifications:-

• Bachelor's degree (B.E/B.Tech) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
• Should have 2-4 years of industrial experience in electrical system and panel testing.
• Strong understanding of electrical principles, circuits, and systems.
• Should be able to understand the electrical wiring and schematics diagram.
• Knowledge of lab instruments such as multimeters, power supplies, DAQ, oscilloscopes, Power analyzer etc.
• Problem solving and innovative mindset.
• Familiarity with industry-standard testing methodologies and protocols.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
