1 Daily Stock Update with Inward and outward

2 Prepare the layout of the warehouse considering the proper vehicle movement and Loading convenience

3 Proper unloading, sagrigation, tagging and proper stacking of materials with Safety as per the norms as specified by supplier

4 Daily vehicle plan and follow up with RS team for Truck Availability

5 Make sure all truck should dispatch as per packing list without short supply .

6 Records of Hard copy of materials receiving

7 Daily MIS for Stock Vs Dispatch plan

8 Weekly MIS and meeting with TPL for Updates and Progress + Constraint discussion

9 On time Renuation & Documentation of the WH Agrement along with their GST

10 Collection of dispatch documents from purchase team and ensure timely unloading of vehicles in congnizance with TPL

11 Daily MIS in central and installer warehouse

12 Manage drivers and transporters if delay in unloading of vehicle

13 Immdiate escalation of any constraint at warehouse and coordinate immidiate action

14 Daily Materials dispatch tracking warehouse and projectwise (M&W)

15 Cleanliness and Safety of the Warehouse
