Building Sales Team
- Building a team of sales executives to handle leads in regional language - Punjabi / Kannada.
- Create JD / Interview / On-board executives.
- Creating SOP for handling leads.
- Build scripts and FAQs.
- Continuous training in handling customer queries.
- Building and tuning key metrics to improve call handling and conversion rates.
Building sales pipeline - Building revenue
- Build awareness about Ecozen brand through various activities.
- Number of site visits per week.
- Build distribution network through Dealers / channel partners.
- No of Dealers onboarded per month.
- Co ordinate with CC team to validate qualified leads.
- No of advances collected per week.
- Close sales and handle paperwork.
- Number of booklets closed per week.
Building Ecozen brand
- Identifying ways and means to improve credibility in selected market.
- Continuous improvement in performance indicators.
- Identify and operationalize right attire, body language and work ethics.
- Feedback from leads, dealers and channel partners.
Continous customer feedback to generate revenue multiplication.
- Collect customer feedback and pass on the feedback to respective teams.
- Upward tick in NPS towards a target of 80%
- Work with various teams to help resolve customer escalations within a specified time limit.
