- We need an enthusiastic candidate who will manage an important region for our General Trade business. Go getters and problem solvers are welcome. Your mind needs to be as sharp as a razor blade and you need to have a high degree of ownership. Your leadership skills will be tested and this job is not for someone who likes to tackle easy problems.
Locations Regional Head: Premium Markets West Region.
- Experience While we would appreciate at least 3 years of experience in the consumer markets or a business role, this really is not a constraint for the right candidate.
Job Description:
- Distribution Establish the Distributor network in the region. This includes identification, selection, TOT and onboarding in a phased manner.
- Develop and nurture the CFAs, SS and Distributors across the Region.
- Draw up a Retailer Coverage Plan and Metrics for all Tier 1 towns in the region.
- Make Farmley products available in all key outlets including Regional Modern Trade and all self service outlets across the region.
- Manage relationships with key Regional Modern Trade Chains (RMTs).
- Systems Track and standardise AVF (Availability, Visibility and Freshness) Metrics for all outlets.
- Ensure Planogram and MBQ compliance.
- Address stock callouts and build compliance mechanisms to address the same.
- Ensure RTV norms are followed across the network.
- People Build and manage a team of FSE's, TSI's and ASE's across the region.
- Lead from the front and nuture a vibrant team of on ground sales executives.
- Situational leadership style. Ready to emphasize and drive peak performance from every team member.
- P&L Ownership The RM will own the P&L for his/her region.
- He will drive both the sales and gross margin targets.
- Plan, Forecasting and Competitor analysis
