Account Management:
- Manage the day-to-day operations and hold the relationships with the platform POCs to ensure smooth business working.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with category managers and key stakeholders across platforms.
- Negotiate margins, marketing spends, and promotional budgets to maximize ROI.
Sales Performance & Growth:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Plan, manage, and optimize assortment, pricing, and promotions to boost visibility and sales.
- Analyze sales trends, customer behaviour, and platform data to identify growth opportunities.
Operations & Execution:
- Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfilment and optimal inventory levels on platforms.
- Monitor and resolve operational issues, including stockouts, pricing discrepancies, and platform penalties.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create platform-specific promotional assets.
Reporting & Analytics:
- Track and analyze platform sales performance, promotions, and ad campaigns.
- Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights for management.
- Use platform dashboards to assess campaign effectiveness and identify optimization opportunities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, finance) to ensure alignment on platform strategies.
- Coordinate with distributors and warehouses for smooth operations on platforms.
- Manage campaigns for new product launches on e-commerce and quick commerce channels.
