Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and strategic National Key Accounts Manager to lead our Modern Trade (MT) channel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing national-level retail chains, ensuring flawless execution of promotions, and building long-term relationships with key MT partners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and grow national key accounts in the Modern Trade channel (e.g., Reliance, Big Bazaar, Spencer's, Metro, etc.)

- Drive primary and secondary sales targets across modern retail formats.

- Develop annual business plans and joint business plans (JBPs) with key accounts.

- Plan and execute promotional calendars in coordination with marketing and merchandising teams.

- Ensure timely billing, order execution, stock availability, and in-store visibility.

- Lead negotiations on margins, visibility spends, and trading terms.

- Track and analyze sales performance, ROI on promotions, and competitor activity.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, marketing, and finance teams.

- Build a high-performing regional MT team as the business scales.

Key Requirements:

- MBA or equivalent degree preferred.

- 5-10 years of experience in FMCG/Food industry, with at least 3+ years in handling modern trade accounts at the national.

- Strong understanding of retail dynamics and modern trade operations.

- Proven track record in delivering revenue growth and building strong client relationships.

- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.

- Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on, execution-driven approach.
