Key Responsibilities
• Identify, onboard, and manage institutional clients including corporates, HORECA, cafeterias, offices, gifting partners, and bulk buyers.
• Drive primary sales, achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets, and expand account penetration.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with procurement heads, decision-makers, and key stakeholders.
• Execute regional institutional sales strategy aligned with Farmleys business objectives.
• Handle price negotiations, contracts, and commercial discussions within approved margins.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as supply chain, finance, and operations to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to improve offerings.
• Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy receivables.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.
