Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend products accordingly.
• Provide information about products, offers, and promotions.
• Ensure excellent customer service and a memorable guest experience.
• Handle billing and payment transactions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards of the store.
• Support inventory management and stock replenishment activities.
• Coordinate with team members to achieve sales and service goals.
• Address customer queries and concerns effectively.

Requirements

• 0–5 years of experience in Retail, Hospitality, QSR, Café, F&B, or Customer Service.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Customer-centric attitude with a positive personality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work rotational shifts.

Preferred Background

Candidates from Retail, Hospitality, Restaurants, Cafés, QSR, Luxury Retail and Customer Service industries will be preferred.

Pay: From ₹19,000.00 per month
