Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise daily café and floor operations.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction.
• Manage and motivate team members, including Baristas, CSAs, Stewards and Captains.
• Monitor staff attendance, grooming and performance.
• Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain hygiene, quality, and service standards as per company guidelines.
• Assist in inventory control, stock management and daily reporting.
• Support training and development of team members.

Requirements:

• 1–6 years of experience in hospitality, café, restaurant, QSR, or retail operations.
• Previous experience in a supervisory or team-leading role preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible to work in shifts, weekends and holidays.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
