Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, beverages, and specialty drinks.
• Ensure consistency in beverage preparation and presentation.
• Train and guide junior baristas and service staff.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards at the coffee station.
• Handle customer queries and provide excellent guest service.
• Support daily café operations and opening/closing procedures.

Requirements:

• 2–6 years of experience as a Barista in a café, restaurant, bakery, or specialty coffee outlet.
• Good knowledge of coffee brewing methods and espresso-based beverages.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Leadership ability and team-handling experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible shifts.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
