Full job description

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso-based beverages, teas, and specialty drinks as per company standards.
• Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and brewing equipment efficiently.
• Ensure consistency in beverage quality, presentation, and taste.
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and recommending products.
• Upsell beverages, desserts, chocolates, and bakery items to enhance guest experience and sales.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station, equipment, and dining area.
• Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies; report replenishment requirements.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and quality standards at all times.
• Handle POS billing, cash transactions, and order management accurately.
• Support café operations during peak hours and ensure timely service delivery.
• Assist in opening and closing duties, including setup, cleaning, and inventory checks.
• Stay updated on coffee trends, brewing techniques, and product knowledge to deliver an elevated guest experience.

Pay: From ₹24,000.00 per month
